I placed my order because the site showed the item was available, so I figured I was good to go. Then a few days later I got a message saying it actually wasn’t in stock.
That was frustrating, especially since I’d already paid and was just waiting for it to ship. I also had to follow up myself for updates, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying, or, I guess, more disappointing than anything.
Maybe I just ordered at a bad time, but the inventory on the site doesn’t seem very reliable. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort that out...

Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this, but the fabric just didn’t feel good on me. It was kind of stiff and scratchy, and the longer I wore it, the more uncomfortable it got.
For the price, I expected it to be softer and easier to wear. It might look cute in pictures, but comfort-wise it was a letdown for me, and I wouldn’t buy it again
"Confusing site that made me second-guess everything"
I tried using the website for a while, but it got frustrating fast. The pages were slow to load, and some of the links weren’t very clear, so I kept clicking around in circles just trying to find basic information.
On my phone, the layout looked messy too, which made it even harder to trust what I was looking at. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled online, and this site didn’t really give me much confidence, so I ended up giving up.

"Great quality, just watch for customs fees"
I ordered from OAS and overall had a really good experience. The package showed up around the timeframe they gave me, and once I tried everything on, I was genuinely happy with the quality. The sizing worked well for me too, which is always a relief when ordering online.
The only downside was that I had to pay customs/duties when it arrived. I sort of expected it, but it still ended up being more than I had planned for. I do wish that part was made a bit clearer at checkout, but based on the product itself and the delivery experience, I’m still happy with my order.

I was tempted to order because some of the clothes do look really nice, but after seeing so many people complain about slow delivery and unhelpful support, I backed out. For the price, I don’t want to be stuck practicing patience I didn’t sign up for, waiting around and chasing updates. It just doesn’t feel like a brand I can trust right now.

The design just feels kinda messy and old to me. It’s not awful, but it could definitely use a cleaner, more modern look.

I didn’t love how the prices was shown. It felt like I had to click around and dig through too much just to figure out what I’d actually be paying for.
Maybe I missed something, but it just wasn’t clear to me upfront. I like when sites show the full cost early and simple, so this part was frustrating.

"Tracking Was a Total Waste of Time"
My order tracking hasn’t updated in days, so I have no clue where my package even is. It just says “shipped” and that’s it. I kept checking over and over like maybe something would change, but nope, just wasted my time and energy for nothing. It’s really frustrating to pay for something and then be left guessing. I thought it was gonna be better for what they charge. The service wasn’t terrible or anything, just kinda basic. Like, it did the job, but nothing made me think, yeah, this is worth paying extra for. I’ve tried cheaper stuff before that gave me about the same outcome, so it just felt overpriced to me. Maybe other people get more out of it, but for me, the value wasn’t really there. I wouldn’t spend the money on it again.

I ordered from OAS because the stuff looked really nice online, but when it showed up, the color was different. In the photos it looked like a warmer beige, but in person it was more gray and kind of dull. The quality seems fine, so it’s not like it’s terrible or anything, just not really what I thought I was getting. I’m a bit disappointed, and I’m not sure I’d order again.

It looks nice on, but I have to be honest, the fabric feels thinner than I expected. It’s not a bad item, and I wouldn’t say it’s a waste, but it also doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as I hoped. I’d rather be fair about it: it’s okay for the price, just not something I’d hype up too much
